Pyramid Productions has been listed as Canada's #1 documentary producer on the 2011 Playback Indie List. Published in the June 2011 edition of Playback magazine, the Playback Indie List is a comprehensive guide to the major players in the Canadian television industry. Top producers in other genres include eOne Television, Lionsgate, Cineflix and Muse Entertainment.

Pyramid earned first place in documentary category on the strength of such major commissions as Jann Arden: Free (CTV), Bollywood's Top Ten Best (Citytv) and Man on a Mission (The Cave).
